1. Introduction
   Welcome to Adventure Horizons. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking any tours, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment
   2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   2.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable before the tour commences. If the booking takes place 7 days before the client’s arrival date Full Payment is required.
   2.3 Payments can be made via approved payment methods outlined at the time of booking.
   2.4 Failure to make full payment before the start of the tour may result in cancellation without a refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
   3.2 Refunds depend on the notice period given:

• • More than 14 days before departure: 80% refund.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

        3.3 Adventure Horizons reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
              In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

4. Travel Requirements
   4.1 Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
   4.2 Adventure Horizons is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with travel requirements.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
   5.1 Travelers acknowledge that adventure travel carries inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, or loss of property.
   5.2 Adventure Horizons is not liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss incurred during a tour, except in cases of proven negligence.
   5.3 Travelers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides.

6. Third-Party Services
   6.1 Some services, including accommodation, transport, and excursions, may be provided by third-party operators.
   6.2 Adventure Horizons is not responsible for the performance, service quality, or any issues arising from third-party providers.

7. Code of Conduct
   7.1 Travelers must respect local cultures, traditions, and laws.
   7.2 Any behavior that endangers others, disrupts the tour, or violates local laws may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
   8.1 All content on the Adventure Horizons website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Adventure Horizons.
   8.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of website content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
   9.1 Adventure Horizons reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   9.2 Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law
    10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
    10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
